UV lighting for birds kept, e.g. parrots without access to sunlight, is essential.
UV fluorescent lamp improves breeding results, stimulates proper behavior, brings health benefits.
For best results, use with a T5 fitting or electronic controller and replace after one year of normal use. This lamp will only operate when used with equipment containing the appropriate T5 electronic ballast.
