To countries outside of Poland we send packages by DPD courier.

When we register Your payment, the shipment will be made within 48 hours of payment. If you have chosen to pay by traditional bank transfer, this period is counted from the moment the funds are deposited to our account. We always try our best to provide You with the best service. Packages are shipped via DPD Classic-tracked and shipped without signature. After we ship Your package, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packaging fees as well as shipping charges. Handling fees are fixed while shipping charges vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend grouping the items in one order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, and shipping charges will apply to each one.

Free Shipping

Free shipping covers orders in the minimum amount from PLN 199 tax incuded in the case of shipment within Poland. The exception is oversized shipments, where products are shipped on pallets. Then, such products are included in the standard shipping price list. For Example: some Reptile Cages and Rack Systems, big Lignocel bags -120L, reptile tubs are such products.

The exception is oversized shipments, where products are shipped on pallets. Then, such products are included in the standard shipping price list.
