Benefits of using Worm Castings
- It is safe to use.
- It is the source of nutrients most similar to the sources of plant food in nature.
- It does not acidify the soil as much as mineral fertilizers
- It does not kill the bacterial flora, and Unlike fertilizers mixed with water, it has a long-lasting effect. It does not wash out, releasing organic substances with each watering.
- They do not lower the PH as some mineral fertilizers do. This keeps soil conditions stable
- You can make a humic solution from it by pouring water and leaving it for 2 weeks. Thanks to this, we will get a concentrate that we can use for watering or foliar spraying.
- Easily applicable
- It is a fully ecological product.
Worm Castings vs Mineral Fertilizer
An overdose of Worm Castings will not burn the roots and mineral fertilizer will.
Worm Castings increase the bacterial flora and microorganisms in the substrate and Mineral Fertilizer kills such substances
Worm Castings buffer the PH of the soil and mineral fertilizers reduce the PH of the soil, i.e. they acidify the soil.
How to use Mega Worm BioHumus fertilizer
In pot cultivation, add a small amount of about 2-3 teaspoons per 1 liter of the substrate to the pot. In soil cultivation, sprinkle a handful under the root ball of the plant. Depending on the requirements of the plant, you can add more or less.
Theoretically, you can't overdose on Worm Castings, but remember that too much organic matter can increase root rot.
