What Substrate for Paludarium?

Depending on your preferences and the species you want to breed, you should take care of the appropriate terrain, temperature and lighting in the tank, in the paludarium you can create a dry or wet area. For dry terrain, stones, riverbeds, wood, roots or rocks can be used. For wet terrain, you can use gravel, sand, moss, peat or earth. A good choice will be active substrates that enable self-purification of the soil.
