Substrate for plants and incubation - Vermiculite Fine 1-3mm
The substrate acts as a sponge that absorbs moisture, urine and bad smells. It should therefore be used in addition to the basic substrate in order to improve the absorbent properties of the terrarium substrate.
It exhibits high absorbent properties.
Quantity to choose from: 5L, 10L, 20L bag
Graduation SMALL - Graduation of grains is 3mm - 6mm. Therefore, it works well as an addition to the medium fraction substrates such as wood chips or bark.
Additionally, it can be used as litter in incubators for hatching eggs.
It is also used as a horticultural vermiculite for plants
Due to its excellent absorbency it holds moisture very well. Substrates are sterilized by UV-C light, which makes them free of fungi, bacteria and mold spores. They have no artificial dyes, fertilizers, fluffing agents or preservatives. Often used as an additive to the soil of flowers.
Causes optimal conditions for the development of the root system, resulting in maximum growth of cultivated plants while maintaining the ecological aspect of production, since vermiculite is a natural, mineral product that does not release any chemical compounds during many years of plant cultivation.
